The scope of work includes:
  • Roll out new projects – both creative and strategic elements
  • Daily tasks to support Executive like responding to and writing emails
  • Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.
  • Works closely with the executive and colleagues, to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns and strategies that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across social media.
  • Oversee implementation of a survey funnel and webinars
  • Work closely with the web development team and other team members
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Providing quality customer service
