The right person to fill this role should have the following:
Strong strategic and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform under pressure
With at least 3 years of experience in handling a team
Experienced in managing and training teams
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment

Ability to identify opportunities and add value with online marketing
The scope of work includes:
Roll out new projects – both creative and strategic elements
Daily tasks to support Executive like responding to and writing emails
Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.
Works closely with the executive and colleagues, to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns and strategies that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across social media.
Oversee implementation of a survey funnel and webinars
Work closely with the web development team and other team members
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Providing quality customer service
