Cathy has been a quick learner and is always happy to help. She is always polite and engaging in her communication, knows when to seek further clarification, always happy to contribute her best, has a good eye for detail, is able to learn and apply new information and has a good understanding of her role. Given that Cathy is working in a remote role, I am glad that through Tbelle, she has some local support both professionally and socially. It has also helped that leave cover etc has been managed by TBelle.
